Prior to joining Baird, Scout founded, operated, and successfully sold a business. His entrepreneurial background provides a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for the importance of thoughtful financial planning and long-term decision-making. Scout graduated from Grand Canyon University with a degree in Finance and was honored to deliver the Colangelo College of Business commencement address at graduation. He brings a strong work ethic, a client-first mindset, and a commitment to continuous growth in the financial services industry. Originally from Sioux City, Iowa, Scout enjoys spending time with family and friends, his fiancée Chloe, and playing pickleball.
